Job Title: Jr. Cabin Leader
Responsible to: Cabin Leader, Program Director, and Executive Director
Term and Pay: June 25th - Aug 7th, room and board
Position Overview: The Jr. Cabin Leaders are there to support and assist the cabin leader in all aspects of leading campers.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Assist in instructing a skill and help with the program as needed.
- Help plan for and/or use material provided for cabin devotions
- Ensure that all campers are in appropriate locations and are supervised at all times
- Be a Christ-like example to all campers, staff, rental groups and everyone else on and off camp property
- Participate with enthusiasm in all camp activities
- Other duties as requested
Qualifications and Skills:
- 15 years of age or older
- Good personal skills and the ability to relate well with children
- Maintain a high level of integrity and spiritual maturity
